We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Engineer Manager to design and implement complex electrical power systems and E-House structures.

In this role, you will lead engineering and project management efforts for utility-grade, industrial, commercial, and domestic power projects, ensuring technical excellence from conception to delivery.

Requirements & Essential Functions:

  • Lead engineering and project management for assigned projects, coordinating across disciplines to achieve the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all engineering work is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets strict quality standards through rigorous review processes.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and change management protocols, providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
  • Oversee the quality and execution of all engineering deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
  • Design and develop comprehensive electrical documentation, including scope definitions, specifications, data sheets, schematics (single line and three-line diagrams), wiring diagrams, and physical layout drawings for low to medium-voltage industrial power distribution systems.
  • Specify and procure electrical equipment by preparing detailed purchase requisitions.
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and inspections for relay panels, Power Distribution Centers, and related equipment.
  • Ensure all designs and practices comply with pertinent codes (NEC, etc.), governing regulations, and industry standards.
  • Review project estimates to validate technical feasibility and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in electrical design and engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on product knowledge with key components of Protection & Control Panels (e.g., SEL relays, Electroswitch equipment, test switches).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, driving record check, and drug screening.

Desirable Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or Substation Design Suite (SDS).
  • 2+ years in enclosures.
