Backed by leading investors and spun out of a globally recognised robotics institute, the business is redefining inventory visibility for enterprise supply chains with a scalable, high-accuracy platform.

Role:

Following rapid expansion, strong inbound demand, and increasing enterprise adoption, they are now looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to lead strategic revenue growth. This role will focus on driving large-scale enterprise deals, leading key account strategy, and shaping the next phase of the company’s go-to-market function.

Requirements & Essential Functions:

· Lead and execute enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth across key markets

· Own and close high-value, complex enterprise deals across multiple industries

· Build and expand relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic accounts

· Mentor and support high-performing sales talent as the team continues to scale

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to refine go-to-market strategy

· Drive account expansion through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives

· Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management to support business planning

Qualifications:

· 8–10+ years’ enterprise sales experience within SaaS, AI, robotics, or supply chain technology

· Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets

· Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring or leading sales teams

· Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
