Role:

As Global Account Manager, you will hold executive-level responsibility for one of the organisation’s most strategically important global clients. Acting as the primary senior point of contact, you will manage complex, multi-region relationships and ensure alignment across global business units.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive global account strategy, leveraging the full portfolio of automation, digitalisation, and sustainability solutions to drive long-term value, revenue growth, and strategic partnership.

Requirements & Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary executive contact for senior client stakeholders across regions and business units.
  • Develop and deliver a global account strategy aligned with the client’s long-term commercial and operational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and expansion across process automation, measurement, and digital solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with regional sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure consistent and seamless global execution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively resolve issues, and ensure excellence across delivery and life-cycle services.
  • Provide strategic market, industry, and competitive insights to inform internal decision-making and account planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, business, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in enterprise sales or global account management within industrial automation, control systems, or industrial digitalisation environments.
  • Proven track record managing major global accounts with substantial revenue responsibility.
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed global organisations.
