STQ Partners have partnered with a global technology and solutions provider specialising in renewable energy optimisation, monitoring, and performance software. With a strong presence across Europe and growing operations in the Americas, the business is recognised for delivering high-impact solutions across solar, wind, and energy storage markets.

Role:

Following continued growth and strategic expansion in North America, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to drive regional market penetration and revenue growth. This role will focus on developing new business, managing key accounts, and executing a results-driven sales strategy to support long-term success in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements & Essential Functions:

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across North America

· Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive business development activities

· Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to grow market share

· Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to align on go-to-market strategy and business objectives

· Identify and develop new sales channels, including partnerships and local agents

· Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks

· Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation

Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within renewable energy or SaaS

· Strong knowledge of renewable energy markets (solar, wind, energy storage)

· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

· Experience working across regional and global teams in a matrix environment

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
