Senior Electrical Engineer

Our client is a specialist industrial power systems organisation with extensive experience delivering electrical packages and project execution across complex power infrastructure environments.

Headquartered in North Houston, the business operates as a system integrator with a heritage spanning over a century, supporting customers across the industrial power systems and energy sectors.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a key role in delivering specialist electrical engineering projects as the organisation continues to scale in line with a growing and diverse project pipeline.

This position focuses on the engineering and delivery of packaged electrical solutions across industrial and energy applications, with a clear development pathway towards future technical or leadership responsibility.

• Deliver specialist electrical engineering support across EEC, MV/LV, MCC, and switchgear-based projects.
• Engineer and support packaged electrical solutions for industrial and energy sector applications.
• Apply strong technical expertise across switchgear, power systems, power distribution, MV and LV systems, motor control centres (MCCs), and packaged electrical equipment.
• Support project execution activities, ensuring engineering quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project management, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practice across the engineering function.

• Significant experience as an electrical engineer within industrial power systems or energy-related environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of switchgear, power systems, power distribution, MV/LV systems, MCCs, and packaged electrical solutions.
• Experience delivering project-based electrical engineering solutions within a system integrator or EPC-style environment.
• Ability to operate effectively within a project-centric, fast-growing organisation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the capability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
