The organisation’s technology is designed to automate complex material handling and logistics operations within dynamic industrial environments. The business is a recognised player within goods-to-person (G2P) technology, micro-fulfilment automation, automated material handling, warehouse automation, logistics automation, automated order fulfilment systems, and high-density storage and retrieval solutions.

Role:

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving channel-led revenue growth across the United States, using system integrators and strategic warehouse automation partners as the primary route to market.

This role focuses on building, enabling, and maximising partner relationships to accelerate adoption of AS/RS, goods-to-person (G2P), and high-density automated storage solutions across key logistics and fulfilment markets.

Requirements & Essential Functions:

  • Drive channel revenue and growth by strategically selling AS/RS, goods-to-person (G2P), and high-density automated storage solutions through system integrators and warehouse automation partners.
  • Develop and execute a structured partner engagement plan to identify, onboard, and enable key system integrator partners.
  • Equip partners with technical knowledge, commercial tools, and collaborative sales strategies to maximise joint success.
  • Own the full partner sales cycle, from technical presentations and solution positioning through to partner agreement negotiation and bid support.
  • Provide deal-specific support on major opportunities, ensuring successful project handover for automated storage and retrieval systems.
  • Act as the primary technical and commercial interface between partner sales and engineering teams and internal product and engineering functions.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into configured AS/RS and G2P solutions that partners can confidently propose and deliver.
  • Capture and communicate market intelligence from the partner ecosystem to inform product development, pricing strategy, and service offerings.
  • Support the organisation’s continued leadership position within a partner-centric automation sales model.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel, partner, or enterprise sales with a strong track record of selling complex capital equipment or automation solutions through system integrators or partner networks.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management or enterprise sales roles within industrial automation or warehouse automation environments.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), goods-to-person (G2P) solutions, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
  • Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams within system integrator organisations.
  • Proven capability in influence-based selling without direct authority, driving results through partners.
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and managing complex partner and channel agreements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
