Backed by leading investors and spun out of a world-renowned robotics institute, the business is redefining inventory management with a scalable, high-accuracy platform serving global supply chains.
Role:
Following rapid growth, strong inbound demand, and increasing enterprise traction, they are now looking for a Strategic Sales person to drive high-value deal execution and revenue growth. This role will focus on closing enterprise opportunities, expanding key accounts, and contributing to the evolution of a high-performing go-to-market function.
Requirements & Essential Functions:
· Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to closing high-value deals
· Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
· Develop and expand strategic accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
· Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, aligning solutions to business KPIs
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and demos
· Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting
· Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices
Qualifications:
· 5+ years’ enterprise sales experience within SaaS, robotics, or supply chain technology
· Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (£/$500k+) and exceeding revenue targets
· Strong understanding of warehouse operations and key performance metrics
· Demonstrated success in quota attainment (c. $2M+ ARR annually)
· Excellent consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
